Made from 440c stainless steel, this blade has been hardened to withstand abuse on the trail, but still sharp-enable in the field. The handle is shaped from stabilized Bastogne walnut burl. It's been stabilized with epoxy resin, set deep into the grain of the wood. It's primary purpose is for skinning and field dressing game, but every knife is a tool. OAL is 9" and it has a blade length of 4 1/4".
It's a workhorse.
